These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the text message notification program offered by Deep Creek Ready Mix, a d/b/a of My "O" Management Services, Inc. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By providing your mobile number to Deep Creek Ready Mix and agreeing to receive delivery notifications, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, simply decline the text notifications — we will contact you by phone instead, and it will not affect your ability to order concrete.
Deep Creek Ready Mix sends text message notifications about concrete deliveries you have scheduled with us. These are transactional service messages about your own order. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
You opt in by giving your mobile number to a Deep Creek Ready Mix dispatcher — by phone or in person — when scheduling a delivery, and agreeing to receive delivery notifications at that number. We record your consent in our dispatch system. We do not add numbers to this program from any other source.
Message frequency varies and depends on how many deliveries you schedule and whether any of them change.
Message and data rates may apply. Deep Creek Ready Mix does not charge you for these messages; any charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan. Because message and data rates may apply, check your plan if you are unsure what your carrier charges.
Reply STOP to any message from Deep Creek Ready Mix and you will be unsubscribed immediately. You will receive one final message confirming you have been removed, and no further texts after that. You may also call us at 301-387-8220 and ask to be removed.
Reply HELP to any message from us, or contact us using the details below.
If you opt out and later want notifications again, reply START, or tell your dispatcher the next time you schedule a delivery and we will re-enroll your number.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and you should not rely solely on a text message for time-critical decisions. If you need to confirm anything about your delivery, please call us at 301-387-8220.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continuing to receive our text notifications after a change means you accept the updated terms.
